This program takes the individualized support of working 1:1 with a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and combines it with educational workshops and group coaching to provide you with the knowledge to understand it, the tools to implement it, and the support to work through the more challenging aspects of it.

Let go of the dieting mentality and feel at ease around food
Learn how diet culture is directly affecting how you think and talk about food. Uncover the underlying cause of feeling out of control around foods by moving through (step by step!) how to find neutrality with all the foods you choose to eat. This module is where you'll realize how much you *can* trust yourself around all foods, and how impactful shifting the narrative can be.
Honour your hunger + fullness with ease
Become more in tune with your body's cues that tell you when you're hungry and when you're full. Learn how to distinguish these cues with more ease, and less guilt, while feeling more satisfied by what you eat. This module is where you'll start to think about food less, but enjoy it more.
Manage emotional eating with compassion and cultivate body respect
Get to the root cause of why you turn to food out of comfort, boredom, routine, and stop getting frustrated, start understanding it. Learn how to navigate body respect, self compassion and how much they relate to how we think about food. This module is where you'll learn to rely on the comfort of food less, while implementing strategies towards body neutrality.
Nutrition from a place of abundance
Take everything you've learned about yourself through this process to start thinking about nutrition from a non-diet perspective. It's about feeling goood about your food choices (for real). In this module you will learn how to make more purposeful food decisions without feeling like you're missing out on the spontaneity of stumbling upon ice cream on a hot day.

I let years of my life be clouded by trying to eat as little as possible, stepping on the scale first thing in the morning to prove to myself I was trying hard enough.
But after an intense restrictive diet that I thought was for my health, I started to realize that living this way was not living how I wanted to.
I knew something needed to shift.
And I'm so so glad that I did.
Intuitive Eating is how I moved from eating whatever (and honestly, feeling pretty 'bleh' physically), to finding a level of food neutrality that allowed me to continue to do that, but in a way that meant I physically AND emotionally felt pretty damn fantastic.
And I did it through diving into Intuitive Eating, and I haven't stopped since.
