If you have an understanding of what Intuitive Eating is and are aligned with Anti-Diet / weight inclusive values...but are looking for support to fully embody those beliefs - this space was made for you.
NO BAD FOODS has two avenues to connect you with like-minded folks, learn at your own pace, and get access to weekly group coaching and community check ins.

Weekly NBF Meets to snack (BYOS), check in and ask questions about Intuitive Eating and how to remove dieting from your life in a very real way. Lead by reflection questions and monthly themes, these meets create deep connection, support and a soft landing place to bring challenges and wins from your daily life with food.

WORKSHOPS + THE NO BAD FOODS PODCAST
Each month a new video or podcast episode is uploaded to the No Bad Foods Dashboard inline with the monthly topic. As a member you gain access to all previous workshops (since April 2021!) on top of the new ones. Its an ever-growing bank on topics that range from letting go of the dieting mentality to introducing gentle forms of nutrition.

GUEST SPEAKERS + MOVEMENT CLASSES
NO BAD FOODS has been able to collaborate with aligned leaders in the community to provide workshops + movement classes. All are free from body shaming / weight loss talk. The on-demand movement dashboard includes pilates-inspired mat classes that are pre-recorded so you can take them whenever, wherever.

Hi, I'm Michelle
Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, Anti-Diet Nutritionist (CNP), and Mindful Movement Instructor from Hamilton.
Through my own experience of navigating a diagnosis of IBD, getting really honest about my relationship to food + body, and using Intuitive Eating to better understand what feels the best *to me* day to day has been the most liberating.
And now any food choice I make feels neutral, things I enjoy are always available, and food isn't something I think about more than I need to. But I couldn't have done it without support, and you shouldn't have to either.
