W01: Introduction to Diet Culture

For me, this is where it all began - understanding how diet culture has manipulated us, how it has integrated itself into every aspect of our lives, and how to rebel against it. This was the first step on my own journey that lit the FIRE I needed to turn food-fear into food-freedom once and for all.

W02: Emotional Eating Debunked

Sometimes emotional eating fills your needs, sometimes it doesn’t, but the goal is to recognize the difference to reap the benefits in a judgement-free way. Because emotional eating is a completely valid (and often really helpful!) strategy to dealing with intense emotions - at least when we allow it to be.

W03: Feeling Your Hunger

It can be hard to recognize your hunger cues often until it’s too late; you’re already too hungry and too frustrated to know what you even feel like eating.
Restrengthening your ability to understand what your own individual hunger feels like is a powerful way to tune into your body’s needs without judgement.

W04: Anti-Diet Meal Planning

Find ways to prep yourself for meals and snacks so that instead of feeling intense hunger at 3pm with nothing in the fridge, you can set yourself up for food success (ie having food you want to eat when you want to eat it!). And this isn’t just for those with the time to batch cook on Sundays, trust me! Think: meal prep but less diet-y.
