"Michelle‘s intuitive eating workshop had been the most enjoyable online quarantine workshop I’ve done. Michelle truly accepts everyone exactly where they at on their food journey. I felt heard and seen as someone who knows quite a bit about Intuitive eating but still had so many questions.
Michelle created an environment where I felt safe to ask my questions, a place where I was free from trigger words like calories, healthy, bad food, and diet. Her compassion and grace and non-judgement were such a relief to experience. And she actually knows what she’s talking about!
Michelle has a confident understanding of intuitive eating and could answers all of our questions with ease. I really loved this workshop and plan to do Part Two when it comes out.”

W01: Introduction to Diet Culture
For me, this is where it all began - understanding how diet culture has manipulated us, how it has integrated itself into every aspect of our lives, and how to rebel against it. This was the first step on my own journey that lit the FIRE I needed to turn food-fear into food-freedom once and for all.
W02: Emotional Eating Debunked
Sometimes emotional eating fills your needs, sometimes it doesn’t, but the goal is to recognize the difference to reap the benefits in a judgement-free way. Because emotional eating is a completely valid (and often really helpful!) strategy to dealing with intense emotions - at least when we allow it to be.
W03: Feeling Your Hunger
It can be hard to recognize your hunger cues often until it’s too late; you’re already too hungry and too frustrated to know what you even feel like eating.
Restrengthening your ability to understand what your own individual hunger feels like is a powerful way to tune into your body’s needs without judgement.
W04: Anti-Diet Meal Planning
Find ways to prep yourself for meals and snacks so that instead of feeling intense hunger at 3pm with nothing in the fridge, you can set yourself up for food success (ie having food you want to eat when you want to eat it!). And this isn’t just for those with the time to batch cook on Sundays, trust me! Think: meal prep but less diet-y.
